1-to-1 personal training sessions

£200 for block of five sessions
£350 for block of 10 sessions

 

Sessions will be tailored to a client's individual goals and abilities, which will be determined by strength, mobility, cardio and postural tests. Results of the workout programme will be recorded to track progress and the programme will include nutrition and lifestyle elements.

Training can be carried out at your home, in public parks or at my home gym in Colchester.

 

Partner sessions

Bring a friend and train as a pair. 
£250 for a block of five hour-long sessions
£400 for block of 10 hour-long sessions

 

Training with a friend can add a little competitive edge to sessions and can ease the intimidation if you are new to working out. The sessions will test both of you and results will be tracked to gauge progress. The programme will include a nutrition and lifestyle element 

 

Online training

£100 each month or £400 for six months

 

For those who feel comfortable training alone, but still want a workout programme that is geared to their goals and pushes them to that next level. You get an initial consultation by Skype, then a four week-programme with nutrition guide and 'active rest' and mobilisation factored in as well as weekly reports on your progress to keep you accountable.
